Delivery

 

Lead times quoted are based on orders received pre noon, Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

 

Deliveries are to business addresses only.

 

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding bank holidays.

 

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside these timed windows.

 

If delivery cannot be made or is refused there may be an additional charge for re-delivery.

 

Products may occasionally be sent out from multiple locations and therefore could arrive separately, but you will not incur any  additional delivery charges as a result.

 

If you order items with differing lead times, your order may be consolidated and products may arrive together within the longest lead time.

 

 

Priority Deliveries

Priority weekday and Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost, please contact info@qualitycaresupplies.co.uk  for details of further options and additional cost.

Deliveries to multiple addresses

If you'd like to have items sent to separate UK addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

International Deliveries
